Customers should engage with the Customer Success Manager to ensure they have the correct access for administrators and users.
Training on 2D content requires the Web Learner role. Customer tenants can be configured to provision new users with the Web Learner role by default.
When leveraging Single-Sign On with Strivr Portal new users will be provisioned automatically upon first logon. The customer will be responsible for defining which users will have access to Strivr Portal through group management.
User onboarding and user permissions management requires the IT Manager role. Customers should consider who within their organization should be responsible for provisioning new users and managing Strivr permissions.

The Strivr platform supports Single Sign-On (SSO) to Strivr Portal. Customers that have configured SSO integration with Strivr will allow users to authenticate to Strivr Portal using their corporate credentials.
Users authenticating to Strivr Portal for the first time will be provisioned automatically with the default role for new users. Customers may request that Web Learner be the default role for newly provisioned users.
Customers are responsible for managing which users have access to Strivr Portal through group management in their identity provider or Active Directory. If left unmanaged, all users that are members of the customer domain will be able to authenticate and gain access to Strivr Portal.
